You must inform a local representative immediately, or contact CPE Travel if that fails. If you are unhappy with your hotel room or other service please inform the Duty Manager or relevant member of staff so the situation may be rectified on the spot. If you fail to take these steps any claim to compensation may be reduced or denied. If you have an unresolved complaint this should be put to CPE Travel in writing detailing the efforts that were made with the local operator to resolve the issue. Please send this with supporting documentation within 30 days of the date of the service. No claim made after this period will be considered.
